We provide compassionate home support and companionship services designed around the individual, helping people maintain their independence and enjoy a better quality of life within their own homes and communities.
Alongside our home support services, PlusConnect Ltd provides professional healthcare recruitment and staffing solutions to organisations requiring reliable and appropriately trained healthcare workers.
Please note: PlusConnect Ltd is currently applying for registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide the regulated activity of Personal Care. We will not provide regulated personal care services until CQC registration has been granted.
Supporting Independence at Home
Sometimes a little extra support can make a significant difference. Our home support services are designed to help individuals remain independent, connected and comfortable in their own homes.

A service we are preparing to provide
PlusConnect Ltd is currently applying to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for registration to provide the regulated activity of Personal Care.
Once registration has been granted, our proposed Personal Care service will support people who require assistance with aspects of their daily personal care while living in their own homes. This is intended to include support such as:
- Washing and bathing
- Dressing and undressing
- Toileting and continence support
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Assistance with daily personal routines
- Support to maintain dignity and independence
These regulated Personal Care services are not currently being provided by PlusConnect Ltd and will only commence if and when CQC registration has been granted.

In 2022, Agie founded and managed Sparkling Services, providing professional cleaning services to clients. Building on her experience in care and business management, she founded PlusConnect Ltd in 2023.

COMPANIONSHIP & HOME SUPPORT
From £25 per hour
Friendly, practical support to make everyday life easier while helping you remain independent at home.

PERSONAL CARE
From £32 per hour
Our personal care service will provide respectful, person-centred support that protects each individual’s dignity, comfort and independence.
- Assistance with washing and bathing
- Support with dressing and continence care
- Medication prompting and administration
- Mobility support and falls prevention
- Support following discharge from hospital
- Minimum visit: 1 hour
This service will only become available following successful registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
