Care shaped by experience. Driven by compassion.
PlusConnect Ltd was founded by Agie M Ndong, who began her career as a carer and progressed to become a team leader. Over nearly 10 years in the care sector, she gained valuable experience in delivering frontline care, supporting staff, promoting safe working practices and maintaining high standards.

A career on the front line of care — and the service it inspired.
Throughout her career, Agie saw how compassionate and consistent care can improve a person's quality of life. She learned that good care is not simply about completing tasks—it is about listening, building trust and treating every individual with patience, dignity and respect.
This experience inspired her to establish PlusConnect Ltd: a service where people are valued as individuals and supported to live safely and independently.
“Having worked as both a carer and a team leader, I understand the responsibility involved in supporting people and their families. I created PlusConnect Ltd to provide the standard of care I would want for my own family.”
— Agie M Ndong, Founder and Director
Progressing through CQC registration.
PlusConnect Ltd is developing its regulated Personal Care service in West Sussex and is currently progressing through the Care Quality Commission registration process.
Until CQC registration has been granted, PlusConnect Ltd will not provide regulated personal care. Any services offered during this period will remain within the scope of lawful, unregulated support.
Our aim is to build a safe, reliable and compassionate home-care service that enables people to remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.
Our purpose, in plain language.
Our Mission
To provide safe, compassionate and person-centred home care that improves the quality of life of every person we support.
We will promote dignity, independence and choice while ensuring that each person remains involved in decisions about their care.
Our Vision
To become a trusted care provider in West Sussex, recognised for compassionate support, dependable staff and consistently high standards.
We want every person to feel safe, respected and valued in their own home, regardless of their age, disability, health condition, background or personal circumstances.
Our Commitment
To the people we support: we will listen, respect their choices and provide care shaped around their individual needs.
To families: we will communicate openly, act responsibly and respond promptly to questions or concerns.
To our care workers: we will provide appropriate training, guidance, supervision and recognition for the important work they undertake.
Our Standard
CQC registration will represent the beginning of our responsibility—not the limit of our ambition.
Our recruitment, safeguarding, care planning, staff development and quality-assurance arrangements will be designed to meet regulatory requirements and support continuous improvement.
We will use feedback from the people we support, their representatives and our staff to learn, improve and remain accountable.
The values guiding every decision.
Dignity and Respect
Every person will be treated with dignity, courtesy and respect. We recognise each individual’s identity, culture, beliefs, preferences and right to make choices about their life.
Compassion
Care should feel human. We listen, show patience and respond with kindness to the needs and feelings of every person we support.
Consistency
Familiarity helps build trust. Wherever possible, we will provide a small and consistent team so that people can develop comfortable and meaningful relationships with those supporting them.
Safety
Safeguarding is central to everything we do. Our approach includes safer recruitment, appropriate DBS checks, staff training, risk assessments and clear reporting procedures.
Transparency
People and their families should understand what support is being provided and why. We communicate honestly, maintain appropriate records and take concerns and complaints seriously.
Independence
Our role is to promote independence, not create unnecessary dependency. Support will focus on what each person can do and how we can help them maintain or develop their abilities.
Inclusion
We welcome and respect people from every background. Our services will be delivered without discrimination and adapted, wherever reasonably possible, to meet individual communication, cultural, religious and accessibility needs.
Reliability
People should be able to depend on their care provider. We aim to provide support as agreed, communicate promptly when circumstances change and maintain continuity wherever possible.
Quality
We will monitor our service, learn from feedback and take action when improvements are needed. Our goal is to make a meaningful and positive difference to each person’s daily life.
